4. Delivery and Return

• We deliver rental camping equipment anywhere in the US with on-time delivery guaranteed.
• Customers are responsible for returning the equipment in the same condition as received.
• Return locations and deadlines will be specified in the rental confirmation.

5. Use of Equipment

• The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs are not allowed.

6. Damages and Liability

• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period may qualify for a refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for early returns.

• Refunds or rescheduling may be offered in case of severe weather conditions.
